If you are not satisfied with the items you've received, you can exchange them for another size / item within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the garment has not been worn, washed or damaged.
Item exchanged MUST be in excellent condition.
Exchanging an item is simple!
You can do it at any bYSI Store in Singapore.
If you return any item to a store, the exchange will be processed there.
Exchange items are non-refundable for cash.
To do this, you should send the garment to the following address:

We recommend sending the package by registered mail.
- You may download the return slip from this link with the garments you wish to exchange indicated on it and enclose it in your package.
- If you still have not registered, you may retrieve your order from the email that we have sent out upon the purchasing process.
- Any items returned must be in the same condition with the price tags in which you received them.
- When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or other items. In such cases, the delivery or return expenses will not be reimbursed. Please note that bYSI does not accept returns sent carriage due or cash on delivery.
- On-sale or promotional items are not exchangeable or refundable.
- If you have received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it by post, remember to enclose the receipt of the postage expenses to return the package to our office. Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the corresponding postage and return expenses. Please note that the postage expenses will be refunded after the items are exchanged.
You may request for a refund if the items are sold out upon your order is received. Kindly allow 2-4 weeks working days to process your refund accordingly and the duration may take longer depends on the bank processing.
